These are Henley Filson Co Vintage M2 Blasting Cap EOD Crimpers. In sealed package dated 1988. Has a spot of dried hard grease on the head. Not sure if these are repacked items or if they were made in 1988. Same style of crimpers were used for the Lan-Cay M11 EOD tool kit. USA Made.
