Ontario USMC OKC-3S Display Presentation Bayonet NO Scabbard Stamped Ricasso - NEW - USA Made (27306)

This is a Ontario USMC OKC-3S presentation bayonet. NO Scabbard, and it is not recommended to use a scabbard because it will scuff the blade finish. This is a commercial bayonet that was produced in very low numbers. Instead of a phosphate coating on the blade, this has a textured powder coating. The coating is supposed to make the blade easier to laser engrave when making a personalized display piece. Many of these were engraved at the factory for Military service members. It also has a stamped name in the ricasso. The new ones are all laser etched and not stamped. Label is dated 2014. USA Made.
